














On February 25, 2026, the Department of Philosophy at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted the presentation of the monograph «Legal Mentality: A Socio-Philosophical Analysis» by Toleugali Kairzhanovich Burbayev, Doctor of Philosophy and Professor at the Scientific and Educational Center for State and Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the event, the author elaborated on the content of the monograph, its key scholarly findings, and the socio-philosophical significance of the concept of legal mentality. Issues of legal consciousness, culture, and social transformation examined in the study were also discussed.
The presentation was attended by faculty members, young scholars, and students and was followed by a substantive exchange of views. Participants asked questions and shared their academic perspectives.
