



Bakitkul Raktayevna Sembekova, Director of the Research and Education Center for Criminal Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in international advanced training courses titled “Digital Evidence for Judges and Prosecutors”.
The training was held from March 23 to 27, 2026, at the Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest (Hungary), at the invitation of the Embassy of the United States of America.
As part of the course, current issues in combating international crime were examined through the study of U.S. legislation at both the federal and state levels. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Hungary, Türkiye, Jordan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan was also conducted. Particular attention was given to identifying and discussing challenges in law enforcement practice.
The training brought together representatives of the judiciary and law enforcement agencies from Hungary, Türkiye, Jordan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. Upon completion of the course, all participants were awarded certificates confirming their successful completion.
