On December 11, 2026, the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold the VII Eurasian Forum on Human Rights on the topic: “Human Rights in Contemporary Justice: Research, Education and Judicial Practice”.

The Forum is held at the initiative of the Chairman of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is dedicated to World Human Rights Day. Representatives of government bodies, judges, scientists, legal practitioners and experts will take part in the work of the forum.

The work of the forum will be carried out in the following sections:

• Theoretical and Legal Foundations of Judicial Education in Human Rights: The Public-Law Dimension;
• Human Rights Protection in Civil Proceedings: Interaction Between Research, Education and Judicial Practice;
• Criminal Policy for the Protection of Human Rights: Contemporary Academic and Legal Approaches.

Plenary Session of the Forum will take place on in a hybrid format (in person and online). In-person participation will be hosted at the Constitution Hall of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located at 11 Dostyk Street, Astana. Online participation will be available via Zoom. The sections will be conducted online. The Forum will commence at 10:00 a.m. Astana time.
