On December 1, 2023, the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold the VI Eurasian Forum on Human Rights on the topic: «Human rights: legislative regulation and law enforcement practice».
The Forum is dedicated to World Human Rights Day and is organized by the Academy on an annual basis. Representatives of government bodies, judges, scientists, legal practitioners and experts will take part in the work of the forum.
The work of the forum will be carried out in the following sections:
– The state-legal aspect of human rights protection;
– Civil protection of the rights and interests of citizens;
– Criminal law protection of human rights and freedoms.
The forum will be held online.
