Thematic dialogue of lawyers in the Ashyq alan format on the topic: «Appeal of decisions (rulings), actions (inaction) of bailiffs: problematic issues»
On December 19, 2024, the Academy of Justice hosted a thematic dialogue of lawyers in the Ashyq Alan format on the topic: «Appeal of decisions (rulings), actions (inaction) of bailiffs: problematic issues». The event was organized by the Scientific and Educational Center of Public Law Disciplines in a mixed offline/online format.
At the beginning of the discussion, Acting Rector, candidate of legal sciences K.K. Musin, made a welcoming speech and director of the above-mentioned center, candidate of legal sciences T.S. Nurysheva made an introductory speech.
During the event, the chief specialist of the Department of Regulation and Control over the activities of bailiffs of the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan Region, Master of Law D.T. Rakhimova, as well as the head – senior bailiff of the branch of the Zhambyl Interdistrict Territorial Enforcement Department of the Department of Justice of the Zhambyl region, master student of the Academy of Justice M.M. Kozhamzharov, made reports. The speakers touched upon topical issues within the framework of the topic under discussion, shared their views and experience in law enforcement.
D.A. Oleinik – researcher at the University of Applied Sciences of Wismar (Germany); U.N. Kurganov – chief expert of the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, S.R. Kulikova – member of the Presidium of the Bar Association of Astana, head of the Center for Advanced Training, A.S. Palmakhanova – advocate of the Bar Association of Astana city actively participated in the discussion session of the thematic dialogue, as well as the teaching staff and master students of the Academy of Justice took part in discussion.
Such events create a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences, and help undergraduates develop analytical skills.
