About the past paid courses
From January 29 to January 31, 2025, the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an advanced training course for legal consultants, persons with higher legal education, lawyers on the topic: “Current issues of applying the norms of administrative procedural legislation. Current issues on administrative offenses.”
The Chairman of the specialized inter-district administrative court of the West Kazakhstan region (A.A. Davletova), judges of the specialized inter-district administrative court of Astana A.T. Amangeldin, Zh.M. Duisenova, judge of the specialized inter-district court for administrative offenses of Astana A.I. Dyusebayev were invited to conduct the course.
The course covered practical issues of challenging decisions of tax authorities, imposing monetary penalties, as well as issues of applying land and housing legislation and problems of considering cases of administrative offenses.
