Round table within the framework of the discipline"Rhetoric and communication in judicial activity"
On February 6, 2025, at the Scientific and Educational Center of State and Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the discipline “Rhetoric and communication in judicial activity” for master’s students of the 2024-2k group was held a round table on the topic “Intercultural communication in judicial activity” with the participation of Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor V.A. Zheksembekova.
It was noted that the development of intercultural communication skills of judges is important for ensuring the equality of all citizens before the law, the implementation of the rights to a fair trial, increasing public confidence in the judicial system and forming a positive attitude towards the court.
In conclusion, the lecturer emphasized that strengthening the dialogue between the judicial system and the media, increasing the legal literacy of the population and the implementation of fair justice play an important role.
