Advanced training courses for judges of district and equivalent courts dealing with criminal cases
During the period from February 3 to February 14, 2025, the Academy of Justice conducted an advanced training course for judges considering criminal cases.
During the course, some problems in criminal proceedings were considered, including the reasons and grounds for the cancellation and amendment of judicial acts, the problems of improving the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of judicial discretion in sentencing, as well as critical thinking and argumentation in judicial activities.
The course ended with an oral exam, according to the results of which all the participants were given certificates of completion of the course.
