On March 3, 2025 in the Academy of Justice at the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the first time started the online course of referendiat (intensive course on training of potential personnel for the judicial system of Kazakhstan) on the topic «Peculiarities of application of certain branches of law in the consideration and resolution of civil law disputes».

The course provides for the study of the following branches of law: civil law, civil procedure law, tax law, subsoil use law, intellectual property law, corporate law, family law and labor law.

A welcoming speech was made by a member of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.N. Begaliev.

The students also listened to the information about the procedure for submitting documents and the stages of passing the qualification exam for the position of judge from the Deputy Head of the Department of Judicial Education and Organization of Qualification Examination S.O. Salimzhanova.

In addition, the trainees were also told about the technology of solving case problems, the technology of writing essays and the rules of passing the interview.

At the end of the first day, the trainees took a mock test to determine their level of knowledge in eight areas of law
