The Juridicheskaya Gazeta (Legal Newspaper) published an article by Sembekova Bakitkul Raktaevna, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center for Criminal Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice at the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan “In the context of the modernization of the judicial system”.

In the article, the author shares her opinion on the introduction of cassation courts, on the effectiveness of differentiating the functions of judicial instances to ensure the implementation of the principles of judicial independence.
