The Academy of Justice has published a collection of reports from the IX scientific and practical conference of master’s and doctoral students dedicated to the memory of N.A. Shaikenov, which took place on April 12, 2025.

The collection includes reports by master’s, postgraduate and doctoral students, covering a wide range of topics ‒ from fundamental theoretical issues to the analysis of judicial practice. The materials of the collection represent the results of a comprehensive scientific analysis of current legal problems, as well as the substantiation of possible approaches to their resolution within the framework of national legislation and international legal regulation.

The publication is addressed to persons interested in issues of administration of justice.
