Yerzhan Yegemberdiev, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center for Civil Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the «Bugіn Live» program on the «Jibek Joly» TV channel.
During the meeting, he emphasized that the Academy is the only institution for training future judges, and more than 95% of its graduates successfully pass the qualification examinations.
Special attention was given to the issues of digitalization. The Director stressed that a modern judge must possess not only profound legal knowledge but also digital skills necessary to work in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
He also spoke about the practice-oriented training at the Academy. The educational process includes mock trials, where students can practice the skills of conducting court sessions. Furthermore, a forensic training ground is actively used, enabling students to acquire practical skills related to crime scene investigation, evidence collection, and procedural activities.
The Academy continues to actively develop its educational programs, adapting them to modern requirements and ensuring high-quality training of future representatives of the judiciary.
