
The national newspaper Egemen Qazaqstan has published an article by Dmitriy Mikhailovich Malakhov, Chairman of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, titled «Priorities in Training Personnel for the Judicial System».
The publication examines contemporary approaches to the preparation of judges in the context of digital transformation and ongoing legal reforms.
Particular attention is given to the role of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in shaping a new generation of judges. The Academy is consistently improving its educational programs, placing a strong focus on the areas of digital law and digital ethics, ensuring their integration into the learning process and enabling future judges to develop competencies that align with the demands of modern judicial practice.
