The Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan has successfully completed the third stage of its online referendary course titled «Theoretical and Practical Aspects of the Application of Administration Offense Law, Administrative Procedure and Administrative Process».

This course marked the final stage of a comprehensive training program covering the core branches of law – civil, criminal, and administrative (including administrative offense and administrative procedure law).

The referendary courses are specifically designed to prepare candidates for qualification examination for judicial appointments.

Approximately 80 participants took part in the training, including lawyers, attorneys, notaries, legal consultants, as well as officers of the police, prosecution, judiciary, and other government agencies from various regions across the country.

Upon completion of program, participants were awarded certificates of successful completion.

The implementation of this program is part of the Development Concept of the Academy of Justice for 2025-2027, aimed at strengthening the human resource capacity of the judicial system.
