Television Report on “An Honest Citizen in Public Service as the Foundation of Public Trust”
On 20 November, the TV channel “Atameken” aired a special episode of the program Interview on the topic “An Honest Citizen in Public Service as the Foundation of Public Trust.”
One of the leading national experts, Professor Tuleugali Kaiyrzhanovich Burbayev, Doctor of Philosophy and Professor at the Public Law Academic and Training Center of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council, took part in the program.
During the interview, Professor Burbayev shared his views on who can be considered an honest citizen, what honesty means for a public servant, and how a conscientious citizen can be cultivated as a national value.
The speaker emphasized:
“In the era of globalization, every nation must protect not only its language and culture but also its values in order to preserve itself. One such value is honesty. If we, as a nation, do not cherish integrity, future generations will likewise fail to perceive it as an indispensable part of life.”
Professor also highlighted the role of the Academy of Justice, which places significant emphasis on moral education, the strengthening of spiritual principles, and the formation of high professional culture among future judges and public servants.
