A Course Toward Renewal and Sustainable Development.

On August 1, 2025 (Issue No. 57 (3958), the «Legal Newspaper» published an article by K.K. Musin, PhD in Law and Vice-Rector of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, titled «A Course Toward Renewal and Sustainable Development».

In his article, K.K. Musin shares the history of the Academy’s formation and outlines the reforms and innovations taking place under the leadership of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The year 2025 marked a turning point for the Academy of Justice, with its transfer to the jurisdiction of the High Judicial Council becoming a key step toward modernizing judicial education, advancing scientific research, and strengthening the institution’s public image.

The author highlights major achievements of the year, including the acquisition of a license for doctoral programs, accreditation as a research organization, updated master’s programs, and the introduction of an individualized training model for judges. The Academy also succeeded in having its scientific journal, «The Bulletin of the Academy of Justice», included in the list of recommended academic journals by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thanks to the strategic leadership of the Chairman of the High Judicial Council, Mr. D.M. Malakhov, the Academy is confidently building a modern scientific and educational platform for the training of professional judicial personnel, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of justice in Kazakhstan.
