Master students of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the academic calendar, from November 04, 2024 to January 03, 2025, undergo professional practice in the courts of Astana city.

The practice of students is carried out with the aim of practical consolidation, expansion and deepening of theoretical knowledge acquired in the learning process, instilling skills in the application of theoretical knowledge and legal norms in the process of practical activity, acquiring skills, competencies and experience necessary for successful application in future professional activities.

In order to provide control and methodological assistance to master students from the Academy and the base of practice, supervisors were appointed. Supervisors appointed from the Academy, together with master students, carry out the work on collecting and analyzing the practical material necessary for writing a master’s project.

To ensure the effectiveness of professional practice and a unified approach to its organization, an algorithm for interaction of the Academy of Justice, the Court of Astana and the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan is applied.
