On the “Sukhbat” program of the “24KZ” TV channel, Yerzhan Yegemberdiyev, Director of the Civil Law Disciplines Scientific and Educational Center of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke about new directions in the Academy’s activities.

During the conversation, he emphasized that the transfer of the Academy under the jurisdiction of the High Judicial Council has opened new opportunities for a comprehensive renewal of human resources, scientific capacity, and educational potential.

Chairman of the High Judicial Council D.M. Malakhov has approved the “Development Concept of the Academy of Justice for 2025–2027”, which defines the strategic priorities for modernization.

Key achievements include the launch of doctoral and scientific-pedagogical master’s programs, the introduction of individual training programs for judges, modernization of advanced training courses, successful implementation of the referendary program, obtaining the status of a scientific organization, expansion of international cooperation, the opening of a forensic training ground, and the adoption of digital platforms.

According to E. Yegemberdiyev, all these transformations were made possible thanks to the strategic leadership and support of the High Judicial Council, which is shaping a modern and sustainable model for training judges and scientific personnel, capable of meeting contemporary challenges and strengthening public trust in the judicial system.
