Academy's master's students completed a two-week internship in an online format

In accordance with the Academic Calendar of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the educational program “7M04201 Court and Justice,” approved for the 2024-2025 academic year, the Academy’s master’s students completed a two-week internship in an online format.
From March 17 to 21, the master’s students attended a series of lectures by the faculty members of the Eastern Institute of Wismar (Ostinstitut/Wismar) at the Wismar University of Applied Sciences on the topic “Current Issues of Administrative Procedural and Administrative Procedural Law in Germany.” The speakers shared their knowledge and practical experience, including Professor Dr. Hans-Joachim Schramm (Wismar University), Professor Dr. Andreas Steininger (Wismar University), Dmitry Oleynik (Wismar University), Professor Dr. Azar Aliyev (University of Halle), Professor Dr. Otto Luhterhandt (University of Hamburg), Dr. PhD Jörg Püdelka (GIZ, Eschborn), and lawyer Alexander Shmagin (Berlin).
The second week of the internship was equally rich and productive. Faculty members from the V.F. Yakovlev Ural State Law University (USLU) offered the master’s students an internship on the topic: “Current Issues in Jurisprudence.”
USLU presented the following faculty members: PhD in Law, Associate Professor Evgeny A. Zakharov, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Nikolai V. Azaryonok, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Dmitry A. Bratus, Doctor of Law, Professor Igor G. Rents, Doctor of Law, Professor Asiya Okeanovna Mashovets, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Evgenia E. Melyukhova.
The Master’s students gained skills in conducting comparative analysis, solving cases, and were also involved in discussions.
