The article by the Leading researcher of the Academy Nurtan A.E. and the Director of the Center for Academic Programs and Projects of the Academy Abilova M.N. on the topic “Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Kazakhstan: A Comparative Legal Analysis of European and Asian Mechanisms” was published in issue 8(3) of the journal Access to Justice in Eastern Europe, included in the Scopus (Q2) database. The study highlights that improving Kazakhstan’s recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards requires clarification of refusal basis and criteria and adoption of best international practices.
