On September 24, 2024, an open lecture on the topic «Judicial acts of the first
instance» was held by an Associate professor of the Research and educational
center of Civil Law Disciplines Yertaeva Rosa Myrzakulovna within the
framework of studying the discipline «Application of norms of civil procedure
legislation».
During the open lesson, the lecturer revealed theoretical and practical issues
of the topic with application of interdisciplinary approach. At the same time,
R.Yertaeva, with the active participation of master students, emphasized on
analyzing errors made in judicial acts and cases. When covering problematic
issues, real examples from judicial practice which will help to form the
professional skills of future judges were given.

Roza Myrzakulovna is a retired judge, has more than twenty years of
experience in the judicial system. Over the years, she held the positions of judge of
the district, regional and city courts.
