IX Annual Scientific and Practical Conference of Master’s students and Doctoral Students
On April 12, 2025, the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan holds the IX annual scientific and practical conference of master’s students and doctoral students on the topic: “Legislation and justice: interaction of law and judicial practice”, dedicated to the memory of N.A. Shaikenov.
The scientific conference is held on an annual basis in order to develop the research potential of young scientists, as well as to test the results of their scientific work. The conference will be attended by master’s students and doctoral students from Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
The conference will be held in the following sections:
Section 1. Legislation and judicial practice: the state-legal aspect;
Section 3. Administration of criminal justice: theory, legislation and practice;
Section 4. Administration of justice in the framework of international law and comparative
analysis of judicial systems.
The conference will be held in a mixed offline/online format.
