







On November 3, 2025, as part of the academic training program, master’s students of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the Court of Astana under the guidance of Talgat Beybitovich Dossayev, Associate Professor of the Academic and Educational Center for Civil Law Disciplines.
During the visit, the students met with retired judge M.T. Kassymova, who delivered a lecture on current issues in enforcement proceedings. Judge A.A. Kusherbayeva of the Civil Judicial Panel spoke about the international aspects of alimony recovery and shared her practical experience in adjudication.
The master’s students also visited the Museum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located within the Court of Astana, where they learned about the history and development of the national judicial system.
Representatives of the Judicial Administration Department provided detailed information on the organization of court proceedings, the principles of judicial procedure, and mechanisms for ensuring public access to justice.
This visit served as an important component of practical legal training, enabling master’s students to gain a deeper understanding of how the judicial system operates and to further strengthen their professional competencies.
