Professional practice of master students of the Academy
Education in a Master’s degree program at the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the educational program “7M04201 – Court and Justice” is practice-oriented.
According to the academic calendar, education of future judges consists of a theoretical part, during which the necessary academic disciplines are studied, as well as a practical part, during which the students acquire professional knowledge, skills and abilities to consider court cases and materials.
During the period from November 04, 2024 to January 03, 2025, master students of the Academy of Justice undergo professional practice in the courts of Astana.
Professional practice is conducted with the aim of practical consolidation, expansion and deepening of theoretical knowledge acquired in the course of education, instilling skills in the application of theoretical knowledge and legal norms in the process of practical activity, acquiring skills, competencies and experience necessary for successful application in future professional activities.
In order to control the passage of professional practice by master students and provide them with methodological assistance supervisors have been appointed from the Academy of Justice and the practice base.
