On December 6, 2024, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the International Organization for Migration, the United Nations Agency for Migration in Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, held the fourth meeting of the scientific Advisory Council. Doctor of Law, Professor of the Scientific and Educational Center of State and Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan L.S. Zhakaeva took part in its work. In her report, L.S. Zhakayeva highlighted the problem related to the status of foreign citizens and stateless persons as subjects of appeals to the Constitutional Court. The speech was based on an analysis of the international experience of a number of countries.
