Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Scientific and Educational Center for State and Legal Disciplines, T.K. Burbayev published an article on the topic «Fundamentals of legal mentality» on the pages of Egemen Kazakhstan.
Noting that a state that listens to the voice of the people is a state in which the rule of law operates, the author conducted a comprehensive analysis of the state of legal consciousness of citizens.
T.K. Burbaev comes to the conclusion that one of the obstacles to the implementation of the concept of a «hearing state» lies in the legal mentality of society and requires a change in the system of legal education in accordance with modern requirements.
