On October 12, 2024, the director of the Scientific and Educational Center for Civil Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, E.O. Egemberdiyev, with the voluntary participation of 40 master students, with the support of the Akimat of the Saryarka district of Astana, organized an eco-action on tree planting.This event, held as a part of educational work on the academic discipline «The practice of applying the norms of land and environmental legislation», was aimed at making the Academy’s contribution to improving the ecology of the capital city.As it is known, one of the tasks of environmental legislation is to ensure an environment favorable to human life and health, and one of the principles of land legislation is to ensure environmental safety.

Thus, future judges, on the one hand, fulfilled their constitutional duty to preserve nature and take care of natural resources, and on the other hand, laid down a new tradition that will be picked up by the next generations of master students of the Academy of Justice.
