The Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites you to take part in a roundtable discussion on the topic: “Recognition and Effective Enforcement of Foreign Judicial and Arbitral Decisions in Kazakhstan: Experience of Judicial Officers and Judges”. In the context of globalization, cross-border cooperation is steadily expanding, accompanied by the emergence of civil-law and commercial disputes. The degree of development of a state and the effectiveness of its legal system are reflected not only in the adoption of judicial and arbitral decisions but also in ensuring their proper and timely enforcement. The roundtable will be dedicated to discussing both theoretical and practical aspects within the framework of this topic.

The roundtable will be held on October 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Astana time) in a hybrid format: offline – at the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 46 Beibitshilik Street, Room 303, Astana; online – via the Zoom platform.
