The Concept of Development of the Academy of Justice was approved by the Order of the Chairman of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Concept of Development of the Academy of Justice for 2025-2027 years was approved by the Order of the Chairman of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.6 dated February 11, 2025. The Concept is a strategic document that defines the directions of development of the educational institution, taking into account the ongoing reforms in the activities of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the judicial system, procedural and substantive legislation, as well as the improvement of judicial practice.
The purpose of the new Concept of the Academy is to strengthen its educational, scientific, personnel and material and technical potential, which will contribute to the effective training of highly qualified judicial personnel who meet modern requirements and tasks of justice.
Achievement of this goal is ensured through the following tasks:
– improvement of postgraduate education programs;
– development of the system of additional education;
– activation of the scientific component of the Academy’s activities;
– implementation of new approaches in the personnel policy of the Academy;
– improvement of the material and technical infrastructure of the Academy;
– strengthening the positive image of the Academy.
Thus, the Concept will serve as a basis for formulating long-term plans and measures to improve the future activities of the Academy.
