Undergraduates of the scientific and pedagogical direction of the Academy of Justice Badambai A.E. and Sharafutdinova E.A. under the guidance of Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Scientific and Educational Center of Civil Law Disciplines Dosaeva T.B. visited the Specialized Inter-district Juvenile Court of Astana.

During the meeting with the Chairman of the court, L.S. Zinasheva, issues of enforcement of court decisions on alimony obligations, including cases involving non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the use of mediation procedures and improving the legal culture of parents were discussed.

Following the visit, an agreement was reached on further cooperation and joint scientific research aimed at improving mechanisms for protecting the rights of minors.
