On August 7, 2025, the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a delegation from the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA).

The Turkish delegation included Mr. Fuat Erdoğanmuş, TİKA Representative in Kazakhstan, Mr. Abdulkadir Abukan, TİKA Representative in Ankara, and Ms. Janayim Kuandyk, Assistant to the TİKA Representative Office in Kazakhstan.

From the Kazakhstan side, the meeting was attended by A.B. Kaizhakparova, Head of the Department of Judicial Education and Organization of Qualification Exams of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan; K.K. Musin, Acting Rector of the Academy of Justice; B.R. Sembekova, Director of the Scientific-Educational Center for Criminal Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice; and G.O. Takisheva, Coordinator of Research and International Projects.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for scientific and educational cooperation, including training, retraining, and professional development of specialists. Special attention was given to experience exchange, conducting joint lectures and courses, as well as implementing projects aimed at strengthening professional standards in the field of justice.

The participants emphasized the shared cultural values and long-standing friendship between Kazakhstan and Turkey, which serve as a solid foundation for the successful development of bilateral relations and joint initiatives.    

The visit undoubtedly represents an important step in expanding cooperation between the two countries in judicial education, opening new opportunities for the implementation of joint projects beneficial to both Kazakhstan and Turkey.
