The Presidential Center hosted an international round table on the topic: “The new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan: public dialogue and legal guidelines for development”, which brought together representatives of government agencies, the scientific community and expert circles.
Director of the Scientific and Educational Center for State and Legal Disciplines Tolkyn Serikgalievna Nurysheva took part in the round table from the Academy of Justice at the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She made a presentation on “The specifics of consolidating the principles of the administration of justice in the New Constitution,” which examined key constitutional provisions governing the development of the judiciary, strengthening guarantees of fair justice and ensuring the rule of law.
After the end of the main session, an open discussion took place, during which participants exchanged views on topical issues of practical implementation of updated constitutional norms, development of the judicial system and improvement of legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
Following the event, the participants noted the strategic importance of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the further development of the rule of law, strengthening democratic institutions, improving the public administration system and increasing the role of citizens in socio-political processes.
